We invite our coaches from various fields of the music industry. We have had professional vocalists, music producers, independent songwriters, and competition stars on our coaches’ chair. They will be the ones who select their team members during the Blind Audition, sharpen the artists’ skills during the knockouts, and support the remaining elites on the Final stage. The coaches are responsible for the growth of their team members, and shares the glory when their team member earns the trophy.

Blind Auditions
During the blind auditions, the decisions from the musician coaches are based solely on voice and not on looks. The coaches hear the artists perform, but they don't get to see them -- because they are facing away from the artist. If a coach is impressed by the artist’s voice, he/she will turn their chair, selecting the artist for his/her team. If more than one coach pushes their button, the power then shifts to the artist to choose which coach they want to work with. If no coach turns their chair, the artist is eliminated from the competition. |
Knockout Stage

Final Performances
In the final live performance phase of the competition, the top artists from each team will compete against each other. The audience will vote to save their favorite artists and the two artists with the lowest number of votes will be eliminated. In the end, one will be named "The Voice" and will be nominated to (The Voice of Seattle?). |
